Brief:

Create an interactive, immersive experience to showcase 20+ case studies across multiple booths at a major industry trade show. The system needed to be visually branded, scalable, easy to update, and deployable on existing hardware—all within a tight deadline.

Solution:

Led the end-to-end concept, design, and development of a modular digital experience using Adobe XD, tailored specifically for high-traffic trade show environments. The goal was to create an intuitive, branded interface that allowed individual booths to surface relevant case studies on demand.

To ensure visual consistency and accelerate production, established a shared design system using Creative Cloud Libraries, enabling rapid collaboration and streamlined updates. Implemented creative automations to handle layout, navigation, and interaction logic—reducing manual effort and maintaining consistency.

Trained multiple team members to load and manage content, allowing for independent updates and fast scalability. This approach made it possible to meet a tight timeline while building a sustainable system for future content expansions.

Results:

  • Delivered a fully functional, branded experience in under four weeks
